The incredible help and support I've received over the years could never have been provided by the "online" camera stores. I've learned so much from everyone on the helpful staff, things that could not have been covered in my formal studies of photography. Skip, Ted, and the gang take extra effort to make sure you're treated like family when you first walk through the door, even if that means ribbing me for something silly I may be wearing.
